The following steps outline the process of setting up proxy settings in Google Chrome:

  1. Launch Google Chrome.
  2. Click the three dots located at the top-right corner of the browser window, and then choose "Settings."

  3. Scroll down and pick "System."

  4. Choose the "Open proxy settings" option on your computer.

    Please be aware that these proxy settings will have a system-wide effect, impacting not only the Chrome browser.
    It's important to note that the provided proxy settings instructions are tailored for Windows. 
  5. Proceed by clicking the "Change Network Settings" button.
  6. Within the Local Area Network (LAN) segment, opt for "Use a proxy server for your LAN (This setting will also be applied to other protocols, such as HTTP and FTP)."
