What is SwitchyOmega

SwitchyOmega stands as a browser extension designed to facilitate the seamless management and toggling of diverse proxy settings within your browser. Empowering you to effortlessly transition between proxy servers and establish specific proxy rules for distinct websites, SwitchyOmega elevates your browsing experience.

Utilizing proxy servers through SwitchyOmega is a straightforward process. Just adhere to these uncomplicated steps:

1. Begin by installing the SwitchyOmega extension, available on the Chrome Web Store or Firefox add-ons.
2. Upon successful installation, access the SwitchyOmega Settings.
   
3. Start the process by clicking the "New Profile" button, which will allow you to create a new profile.
   
4. Provide your profile with a name that is easily memorable.
5. Choose the Proxy profile type, then click the Create button.
   
6. Change the protocol to HTTP.
7. Once you have entered the appropriate proxy server details, click the Lock button on the right to save your settings.
8. Fill in the proxy server settings according to the information provided in your control panel.
   
   
9. Save your changes.
   
10. Apply the changes.
