Using mobile proxies
Stableproxy's mobile proxies stand out as an exceptional choice for blockchain-free scraping, and for good reason. Running on real mobile devices connected to cellular networks and equipped with automatic rotation, our mobile proxies can easily handle even the most complex scraping projects.
This guide covers the basics as well as the advanced aspects. Read it to the end to find out everything you need to know to get off to a successful start.
What you get with Stableproxy mobile proxies
- Ethical proxy sources - our proxy acquisition process follows strict rules of ethics and transparency, and we apply the same standards to our proxy providers.
- Top-notch performance - our team of experts continuously monitors proxy server performance to ensure we deliver the best average response time in the market at 1.1 seconds and an average uptime of 99.9%. Click here to see how our performance stacks up against other providers.
- Dashboard - view usage statistics, create users, manage your account and subscriptions in one place.

Technical features
- Advanced targeting - mobile proxies from Stableproxy allow targeting by country and ASN without any additional fees.
- Automatic proxy rotation - forget about IP bans with automatic proxy rotation, which assigns a new IP address with every request.
- Scenario sessions - use docking sessions to use the same proxy for 10 minutes, or set your own time slot and use it for up to 30 minutes.
- Unlimited concurrent sessions - create as many sessions as you need to scale your web scraping operations.
- Multiple supported protocols - choose HTTP or fully encrypted HTTPS to suit your needs.
- Multiple wireless standards - our mobile proxy pool includes proxies with 3G and 4G mobile networks. Please note that the connection is dynamic, so we cannot guarantee the type of wireless standard you will receive.
- Public API - easily manage your mobile proxy users using the Open API protocol. Check out our documentation to learn more.
Purchase and subscription information
Below you will find everything you need to know about our mobile proxy plans.
Per gigabyte of traffic
You pay only when you use 1 GB of traffic, meaning you are charged when you use a gigabyte and it is on your balance. The IP address changes every 10-15 seconds.
For a modem
You get a dedicated modem for rent and can change your IP whenever you want.
Self-service
The self-service function (quick ordering) is available for the Pay as You Go and Regular Mobile Proxy tariff plans. Go to our dashboard and register an account to enable these options.
To subscribe to any of our plans, you will first need to complete the KYC check and create your first user (see the instructions for creating a user below).
For other plans, please contact our support team or book a demo call with our sales team. Our team will provide you with thorough guidance throughout the process, ensuring that no question is left unanswered.
Using mobile proxies
Single sign-on and callback options
Our mobile proxy servers have IP addresses assigned to users by their mobile operators. These IP addresses connect to the proxy network via mobile devices around the world on a country-by-country basis.
A single reverse connection entry provides a convenient way to connect with specific settings. However, if you need even more flexibility to use our global infrastructure, you can use other connection methods. See the next section to learn more.
Connect via a single loopback input using this proxy port:
'de-1.stableproxy.com:11001'
Session management
- The session management feature allows you to use the same proxy server for subsequent requests. Let's take a look at how it works:
- The sessid parameter allows you to keep the same proxy server IP address for all subsequent requests;
- Our system will keep the same IP address associated with your session ID as long as there is any activity;
- The default session time is 10 minutes. After that, the IP automatically changes to a new one;
- When you stop sending requests or the IP address is no longer available, the system will assign a new IP after 60 seconds;
- The sesstime parameter allows you to set your own session time up to 30 minutes. If you use the session time parameter, the session does not expire after 60 seconds of inactivity.
Response codes
400 Bad Request
The proxy server may return this error code if the request does not specify a host to connect to or if a common error occurred while parsing the HTTP request. Make sure that you have formed the request correctly, including the URL, and try again.
407 Proxy Authentication Required
The request contains no proxy authentication information, or the username or password is incorrect. Add the Proxy-Authorisation header to the request, make sure that the username and password are correct, and try again.
500 Internal Server Error
The proxy server encountered an internal error. Please try again later.
502 Bad Gateway
The proxy server received an invalid response from the upstream server. Please retry the request.
A 502 response code means that the IP address assigned to your session ID is no longer available. If you encounter this error, there are two ways to work around it. The first is to wait one minute for the system to automatically assign a new IP address to your session ID. The second way is to switch to a new session ID (i.e. change the sessid parameter) - this way you will get a new IP address.
522 Timeout
The proxy server did not receive a response from the upstream server in time. Please retry the request.
525 No Exit Found
A non-standard HTTP status code means that the proxy could not find an exit node that satisfies the request. Change the request filtering settings or try again later.
Integrations
We have also documented some integrations with popular third-party tools:
Stableproxy dashboard for mobile proxies
The Stableproxy dashboard is a central hub where you can manage your Stableproxy services. When it comes to mobile proxies, the dashboard allows you to view usage statistics, create and manage users, and control subscriptions.
