How often does this page update?

The checks themselves run continuously, and the page is rebuilt from them every minute. The timestamp under the headline tells you exactly when the data you are looking at was collected.

Everything is green but my proxies are slow. What should I do?

A green board means our services answered our checks. It cannot see your own network, the site you are targeting, or the specific IP you were assigned. Run the proxy checker on the affected proxy first, then send the result to support.

Can I read this status automatically?

The same data behind this page is served by our public API — no authentication, no parameters, and the response is cached for 30 seconds, so polling faster returns identical bytes.
