Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. We will refer to users of the Service as "users", "you", "your" and similar terms. If you are accessing and/or using the Service on behalf of a legal entity, the above terms and conditions apply to the legal entity, and you and the legal entity represent and warrant that you have full authority to accept and enter into these Terms and Conditions and your agreement to be bound by them. These Terms and Conditions are binding on the legal entity.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the terms, you are not authorized to access the Service.

Subscriptions

Some portions of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (the "Subscription(s)"). Fees and additional terms will be disclosed at the time you subscribe to the Service; all such terms are incorporated as part of these Terms and Conditions). You will be billed in advance on a regular and recurring basis (the "Billing Cycle"). Billing Cycles are set on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select at the time of purchase.

• At the end of each billing cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew on the same terms and conditions unless you cancel or stableproxy.com cancels your Subscription or suspends or terminates your account. You may cancel your subscription renewal on your online account management page or by contacting Customer Support at [email protected].
• A valid payment method, including a credit card, is required to process payment for your Subscription. You promise to provide stableproxy.com with accurate and complete billing information, including your full name, address, state (province),zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize stableproxy.com to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
• If, for any reason, automatic billing does not occur, stableproxy.com will issue an electronic invoice stating that you must act manually within a certain period with full payment corresponding to the billing period stated on the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend any account while payment is pending or to terminate any account due to repeat payment problems or any payment problems that constitute Prohibited Conduct (as described below).

Changes in fees

stableproxy.com, at its sole discretion and at any time, may change the subscription fees for Subscriptions. Any change to the subscription fee will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

stableproxy.com will notify you in advance of any changes to your subscription price to give you the opportunity to terminate your subscription before the change takes effect.

Your continued use of the Service after the change in the Subscription Fee becomes effective means that you agree to pay the changed amount of the Subscription Fee and your further agreement to these Terms.

Returns

stableproxy.com offers a free refund for any Subscriptions canceled within 24 hours of the initial payment transaction, subject to the following conditions:

The active bandwidth of the subscription must be less than 1 GB.

The number of proxies used in a subscription should not exceed 100.

You can access your bandwidth usage and the number of proxies used from the stableproxy.com control panel at (Dashboard) and stableproxy.com will determine, in its sole discretion, based on such information, whether the refund terms that have been met are met.

stableproxy.com may, at its sole discretion, refuse to refund multiple payments to the same customer within the same calendar month or for other behavior that would circumvent the purpose of this policy.

Except as set forth above, all purchases made in connection with the Service are non-refundable, although we will consider possible exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, as determined in our sole discretion.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete and current at all times and that you have all legal permission and authority necessary to provide us with such information on behalf of the relevant person or entity. Inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information may result in immediate termination of your account on the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including, but not limited to, restricting access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any acts or activities that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is used on our Service or a third-party service. You must notify us immediately if you become aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of stableproxy.com. The marks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any products or services without the prior written consent of stableproxy.com.

Any questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, feedback or other information regarding the Site or the Services ("Feedback") provided by you to stableproxy.com are not confidential and will become our sole property. We will own exclusive rights, including all intellectual property rights, and will be entitled to use and distribute the Feedback in an unrestricted manner for any lawful purpose, commercial or otherwise, without acknowledgment or compensation to you. You hereby waive all moral rights in any such Feedback and warrant that any such Feedback is original to you or that you have the right to submit such Feedback. You agree that we will not be subject to any remedies for alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary rights in your Feedback.

Privacy policy

Your use of the Service is governed by the stableproxy.com Privacy Policy (privacy-policy),which is incorporated by reference and made a part of these Terms. Although we back up your data on a regular basis, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any actions you take through the use of the Service. You agree that we shall not be liable to you for any loss or corruption of any such data and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising out of any such loss or corruption of such data.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by stableproxy.com.

stableproxy.com has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any off-site web sites or services. We do not guarantee the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.

You acknowledge and agree that stableproxy.com shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use or reliance on such content, goods or services available on or through any such third party web sites or services.

We strongly encourage you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services you visit.

Prohibited behavior

Engaging in any "Prohibited Behavior" while using any component of the Service, including any stableproxy.com proxy server, may result in your account being suspended. Prohibited Behavior includes the following:

• Accessing a computer or website without authorization or with excessive authorization.
• Port or vulnerability scanning and password guessing.
• Distribution of any kind of malware, adware, and spyware.
• Violation of applicable law in connection with your use of the Service.
• Creating an account to use the Service after stableproxy.com has been terminated or while your other account is suspended (including using an affiliate or organization in an attempt to circumvent our prior suspension or termination of your account).
• Any other behavior aimed at or having the effect of interfering with the operation of our Service or using the Service for any improper purpose.
• The above list is not exhaustive, and stableproxy.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your account for any misuse of our Service (spam, password picking, mass registration, parsing of financial or government structures) or other misconduct by you in connection with these Terms.
• Any actions aimed at spamming, sending excessive requests or attempting to load our servers or infrastructure by using actions such as DDoS attacks or other similar methods are prohibited.
• If we find that your account is making excessive requests to our servers, we reserve the right to freeze your access to our services until the issue is resolved.
• Once access is frozen, we will conduct an internal investigation to determine the circumstances and purpose of the excessive requests or spam. Once we have established the facts, we may unblock your access or prohibit further use of our services, depending on the severity of the violation.
• In case of intentional or systematic violation of these terms, we may decide to permanently terminate your account and/or take other legal action in accordance with applicable law.
• We are committed to providing our users with a stable and secure experience when using our services, and any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access to our services and notification to the competent authorities.

Suspension / termination of accounts

We may terminate or suspend your account and block access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, in our sole discretion, for any reason and without limitation, including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms.

Without limiting the foregoing, stableproxy.com may suspend or terminate your account for any of the following reasons:

Using any fraudulent or inaccurate payment method in connection with your use of or payment for the Service.

Engaging in any of the Prohibited Activities described above.

If stableproxy.com suspends your account, you may communicate to us any circumstances that you believe are relevant to the termination by contacting us at [email protected]. All decisions regarding the suspension or termination of any account will be made by stableproxy.com in our sole discretion.

Suspended or terminated accounts are generally non-refundable, although stableproxy.com may grant exceptions to this policy in individual cases where justified in its sole discretion.

If the account is suspended and later reinstated by stableproxy.com, the Subscription period will be extended for the period of suspension.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply stop using the Service.

All provisions of the Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, but not limited to, ownership, disclaimers of warranties, indemnification and limitations of liability.

Reimbursement

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless stableproxy.com software, the Company, and their officers and directors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, obligations, costs or debts, and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising out of: a) your use of and access to the Service by you or anyone using your account and password, or b) your breach of these Terms.

Limitation of liability

UNDER NO circumstances shall stableproxy. com, NEITHER ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, VENDORS OR AFFILIATES, SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL OR EXTRAORDINARY, INCIDENTAL OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROFITS, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS THE USE OF THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF THIRD PARTIES ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, OR DEFECT) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY.

Disclaimer of warranties

YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ETC.

The stableproxy. com, DOES NOT WARRANT THAT A) THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR AVAILABLE IN ANY TIME OR LOCATION; B) ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED; C) THE SERVICE WILL BE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; D) THE RESULTS OF USING THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Applicable law

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of that right. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us with respect to our Service and supersede any prior agreements that may have existed between us with respect to the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If the change is material, we will provide you with at least 7 days' notice before any new terms become effective. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Service after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you may no longer use the Service.
